New for 2012! The Bike 8/2
The ride that you have always wanted to do! Readers of Bike magazine over the last few months will have been following the “Bike 8”, their test course of 1600 miles around the UK. Well, now is your chance to follow in their tyre tracks. On April 13th, we will be riding the southern half of the “Bike 8” over three days, that’s the weekend after Easter. It’s an 800 mile route broken down into 100 mile sections, each one lead by an OAGAM Observer. We will be leaving from near Banbury on Friday April 13th at 10am and hope to be home by early afternoon on Sunday April 15th after 700 gruelling miles. There are two overnight stops in Darlington and Oswestry, hotel details are available on request. Places are limited to 12 and for full members only - first come, first served.
